I talked to the owner, Dana, when I phoned to book the visit and was so pleased and reassured that he felt the cleaning would address my needs (many years of pet stains and odors, an inflatable mattress cover that would need careful cleaning etc). He was very friendly and informative about the products and process they use. SaraCares was recommended to me by the staff at the La-Z-Boy store where we'd bought our furniture years ago, and I'm so happy with the experience. Dana came himself to do the cleaning. He was friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned several pieces of furniture and the mattress cover thoroughly and efficiently. I was amazed at how easy and pleasant the 2 hour visit was for me and how much dirt came out of our furniture! I'm relieved and grateful, and will highly recommend SaraCares.

Aaron our technician was amazing. Our cat made a stain on an area rug. & he cleaned it at no extra charge. He was extremely polite friendly and outgoing. He was very punctual and ensured he cleaned up after the job. Aaron from SaraCares, the technician is excellent! He did a great job on our 2 couches and stained carpet from our cats. As soon as he came in, he got to work, was industrious, very knowledgeable, detail oriented, professional. Dana as well was very responsive re. booking his time, responsive, etc. I was so impressed I scheduled them to go to my mom's house to clean her carpets. Again, fantastic job, right on time.
